Installation and Booth Regulations

• Installation: Artwork placement begins on May 12, 2026, after 12:00 PM. Overnight work is permitted.
• Hanging Rules: Artworks taller than 60 cm cannot be hung vertically on top of each other. If two pieces under 60 cm are hung vertically, only a single piece may be hung on adjacent panels. A minimum distance of 40 cm between artworks is required.
• Artist Representation: Works by living artists may only be exhibited at one gallery booth (excluding non-commercial collections and deceased artists).
• Panel Maintenance: Nails, screws, or paint are strictly prohibited on standard stand panels. A fine of 5,000 TL per panel will be applied for any damage. Only high-quality removable materials may be used for small labels.
• Custom Booths: Participants with custom-built booths are permitted to use screws and nails for hanging.

Logistics and Services

• Entry Cards: To receive entry cards, please message your gallery plate number to +905427854305 by May 12, 6:00 PM. (Stands over 100 m² are entitled to 2 cards).
• Shuttle Service: A shuttle service will run every 10 minutes between the Yenikapı Marmaray/Metro station and the fairground.
• Technical Support: Pre-ordered hangers, lifts, and plinths can be collected from the technical room upon payment of deposit/rental fees on May 12.
• Digital Invitations: Online invitations are available via the catalog link using your login credentials.
